Heart Veins Blockage

Some Naturopathy doctors cleaims that they can remove the heart veins blockage (even 09%)with their medicine (honey based). But according to Allopathic Doctors it is not possible to clear the bockage with medicines (tablets/capsules/injections, Angioplasty or Bypass only the solution to remove the veins blockage. Kindly advise who is right?
