Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)

No matter if you are a simple bystander or you have some family members at a high risk of cardiac disease, all of us must know the main principles of CPR in heart attack, because no one can say for sure that will never need to know how to do it correctly.
In a heart attack there is no time to think and one must act fast and be quick, otherwise, the results are unpredictable.
It is not as simple as it seems to be in movies to return a sufferer back from a heart attack, with just a few respirations mouth-to-mouth and some punches in the chest. It's more than that. I'll try to explain it the best way I can so that CPR not to be an enigma for you anymore.
If you are from a more populate area, than for sure, there are free courses at some special services as Red Cross or Emergency Service, where people are taught how to act in emergency cases. Despite the practice says more than one thousand words, anyway, you can retrieve some useful information from my sayings also. So, stay close.
