CAD - Triple Vessel Disease
After angiography, I was diagonised that I am have CAD Tripple Disease and following are the Doctor's remarks :
Approach : Right Radial
Pressures : Radial Art-180/80 (100)LVEDP : 20
Floro Time : 2.0min
Catheters Used : 5FTiger & 5FvPTGTAIL
LMCA : Normal
LAD : Type III vessel, Mild Ostial disease, Mid Long segment Tight Lesion, Distal LAD Ittegularities, 2mm in size
Diagonals : 3 in number, D1 & D3 Small Vessels, D2 Mid segment 70% Lesion, Graftable
LCX : Non Dominent System, 70%lesion before OM1, 90%lesion before OM2
OM'S : 3 in number Ostial 80%lesion immediately diveded into two branches, OM2normal, OM3 Ostial 80% lesion, graftable
RCA : Dominent Syestem, Multiple Critical lesions in Mid & Distal RCA. PDA proximal 80% lesion, 1.5mm in size, Graftable. PLVB thin
LV Angio : Normal sized LV, No RWMA, Good LV function
Diagnosis : CAD-Triple Vessel Diease, Good LV function
Advice : CABGs.
I did not under go for bypass surgory. But, I am taking the following medicines regularly, with the advise of another Cardiologist :
Plavix (Clopidogrel)
Coversyl (Perindopril)
Isoket (Isosorbide Dinitrate)
Conor (Bisoprolol Fumarate)
Baby Aspirin.
Following the diet restrictions.
Now do not have any problems at all.
Kindly advise shall I continue with the medicines (if so how long?) OR shall I go for Bypass?
