More about these exercises:
Simple exercises that will give more strength to your heart and will help you prevent a heart attack for long term. Theses exercises can be performed in your bed, you don't need to rise up. I would recommend that you do them in the morning, maybe even after you wake up, so this will look like a morning stretch and, beside this, you'll activate your cardiovascular system and will give it a plus of energy for the coming day.
It is not recommendable that you perform these exercises after meals or in the evening - your organism prepares to relax and rest. All exercises are accompanied by deep breathes and you must perform them relaxing, and doing breathers.
The exercises must be done uncovered. If you are a caregiver and want to apply this exercises on one who had a heart attack or is at risk, than take care he/she not to be sweated. Some contraindications for these exercises are
- Sepsis (generalized infection)
- Wounds
- Mental disorders
- Paralyses
- And other conditions that may harm the patient's wellbeing.
If you are a caregiver to a person with disabilities suffering of cardiovascular disease or at risk, you can use these examples of exercising and apply them as passive movements to your patient.
