Touch the knees (1)
This exercise is a little more consuming. It is engaging the abdominal group of muscles and it will force also your heart to pump more efficiently the blood.
The initial position is with your arms close to the body - breath in, and
Raise up a little your hands, and move the fingers to the knees while raising the legs slowly also and breath out when touch the knees with the top of the fingers
Repeat this exercise 2 - 3 times
