Who can have Heart Attack?

Who may develop Myocardial Infarction?Back in the past century, it was believed that Heart Diseases are more characteristic to the elderly, while the young can't have heart disorder. Times changed and today, because of our unhealthy lifestyle, unhealthy food, unhealthy behaviors - Heart Attack, as many other heart disorders, occur in the young population more and more frequently. Even at 20 years there are cases of Heart Attack reported already and it's sad to see young hearts failing in the battle with our lifestyle.

Women aren't excluded from the risks of having Heart Attacks - even earlier it was believed that heart disorders are "man's diseases". No, unfortunately, women are also affected and Heart Attack kills more that breast cancer yearly. This is a reason to alarm and awake from the dream "this won't happen to me". It may happen with everyone until we will not adopt a healthy lifestyle and learn to build a friendship with our heart.

Elderly persons are without any doubt, the most exposed to Heart Attacks - during our lives we "collect" many situations and affections which latterly affect our wellbeing. And it is part of our responsibility to take care that our grandparents are protected from heart failures risk factors and that we take all the necessary measures to prevent as mush as possible Heart Attacks.

After reading this article you may say - "this mean everyone could have a Heart Attack".
And it is partially true. Heart attack is a disease you never know when occurs, sometimes you even don't feel it (I talk about silent heart attacks), but it's a disease which has big consequences on our future life, so it is an important duty to know how to maintain your heart away from Heart Attacks. And we are all predisposed to it because of our common life habits and style, our food and other factors with which we all live daily. Let's think ways of reducing our risks of having a Heart Attack
