How do clots appear?

In this video you'll understand better how clots (thrombus) appear in the arteries.
Blood flows through arteries, and if it contains organic substances as cholesterol, LDL or other bad lipids, they may concentrate on the inner walls of the arteries. This leads to the artery occlusion in case a clot forms.
This is the principle on which Heart Attack occurs in myocardium.
We'll going to zoom on a Coronary Artery and you'll going to see the Cholesterol in yellow, these little yellow droplets, and on Hypertension and Hyperlipidemia it will create the beginnings of a fatty strake which most of all us has.
It continues to grow with inflammation of the artery wall and begin to rupture, producing a blood clot, restricting the blood flow, creating a Heart Attack
