Prevent a heart attack in simple steps

Heart attack is the leading killer not only among Americans, but in all developed countries Our heart, being a very servile pump, needs some care and special treatment. Simple rules can help you maintain your cardiovascular system sane and prevent you from a heart attack.
I have some simple advices that may entirely change your health status

  • Make more movement - add more motion in your life. It was proven that 30 minutes of simple daily exercising can partially protect your vessels and your heart from unwanted cholesterol deposits on your arteries and veins. The fact is that moving, we increase the heart beating and the blood flow, so that the entire cardiovascular system refreshes and the fatty deposits on the arteries walls are rubbed away
  • Eat less fats, and this includes - fried potatoes (with a lot of vegetable oil), barbeques, sandwiches which we all already know are better to avoid. A good solution is replacement. Let's say you want some meat. You can replace it with soy beans or mushrooms
  • Check periodically your blood pressure and your cholesterol level. Blood pressure may be simply be controlled by checking it weekly. The cholesterol tests are available at your hospital, and for these, you must go to your doctor.
  • Have a healthy life-style, exclude smoking and don't even try if you weren't one till now. Smoking is guilty for narrowing the arteries and this way starving the myocardium, making it suffer hypoxemia and leading to infarctions. Be active, smile, enjoy every day and love your heart.
Think twice before you eat or do something, think about the consequences on your entire organism and how will this reflect on your health. Respecting your heart will bring you more joy and health.
Stay healthy with healthy hearts!
